Every You, Every Me

Evan is all alone after Ariel leaves. Yes, he has “friends” but they’re only kind-of friends – the ones you don’t want to tell when you get  envelopes containing pictures of yourself, your best friend who left, and the place you are standing when you open the envelope. Evan wants to know who the photographer is, how they know what happened that night, and why they are toying with his brain. Is it Ariel? Or is it someone Evan never knew existed?

— Willa, age 14
